Leadership and Growth 

Youths who attend this camp will be treated as leaders and all lessons and activities will focus on helping campers see themselves in that role.

Campers are guided through self-awareness and self-esteem building activities to help them recognize their individual talents and abilities. This forms the base for campers to learn methods and tools for effective leadership, understanding how to use their individual gifts to lead with confidence. The program aims to empower campers to embrace their leadership capabilities and make decisions to create positive changes in their communities!

Goals 

Campers will learn:
- That leadership is both an attitude and way of life, and that it affects all of one’s relationships, goals, thoughts and actions.

- What effective leadership can create, such as teamwork and co-operation.

- That effective leadership helps develop balance between their talents and challenges, people and tasks, and between emotions and logic.
